Standard Shipping

Most in-stock items will generally be delivered to you within 7 to 10 days after receipt of your order except during the Holiday season. Please provide a street address for FedEx delivery. FedEx is not available to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.

REMEMBER: FedEx DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY ORDERS DELAYED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.

How long does it take to process my order?

We have worked hard to create an efficient order processing and shipping system to make sure your purchase reaches you as quickly as possible. All orders placed with us will be shipped from our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days.

Delivery times will vary depending on the method of shipping you choose and the location of delivery. To estimate your delivery time please refer to the FedEx Transit Chart.

APO/FPO Shipping

Educational Insights is able to ship to U.S. military bases. However, such orders are shipped via U.S. mail, not FedEx. Shipping and handling charges are based on the dollar amount of the order the same as Standard shipped FedEx orders. It is important that consumers shipping orders to U.S. military bases include as much detail as possible as to the specific APO/FPO shipping address involved. Be advised that orders shipped to military bases require special processing and will take longer to both ship and be received.

Schools & Libraries:

We will ship and bill orders with official purchase orders that are received by mail or fax. Fax purchase orders to 1-800-995-0506, ATTN: Mail Order Department.

Delivery Outside the Contiguous U.S.

Alaska and Hawaii: Shipping charges for orders to these locations are 20% ($20 minimum) of the order. If the actual shipping charges for your order exceed 20% of your order total, you will be contacted for additional payment. Actual shipping charges will not appear during online checkout; shipping charges will only appear on your invoice. Orders may take as long as 6–8 weeks for delivery. All orders from individuals can be processed if accompanied by check, money order, or credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). Applicable taxes and/or duty charges must be paid by recipients. International customers may call us at (847) 573-8400 or fax us at (847) 573-8425. All orders are billed in U.S. dollars.
